Denise is a highly experienced aesthetic nurse practitioner with a distinguished career spanning more than two decades in medical aesthetics. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Walsh University in Canton, Ohio, and later completed her Master’s in Nursing through both the University of Florida and the University of South Florida. Denise began her nursing career as an operating room nurse, working across multiple specialties with a primary focus in Plastics and Cardiothoracic surgery, building a strong clinical foundation that continues to guide her aesthetic practice.
With over 24 years of experience as an injector, Denise is widely respected for her expertise and commitment to advancing safe injectable techniques. She serves as a National Injectable Trainer, collaborates and teaches alongside leading Key Opinion Leaders in aesthetics, and has even traveled to Asia to further her expertise in advanced thread techniques. Specializing in PDO threads, Denise has also built three successful businesses while sharing 38 years of marriage with her husband, Jeff, and enjoying life with her three children, four grandchildren, and great-granddaughter. Outside the treatment room, she enjoys supercar and racing events, staying active in the gym, and gardening, with her home always filled with beautiful flowers.
Jill Crutcher, APRN
Nurse Practitioner
Jill is an aesthetic nurse practitioner with a strong clinical background and over a decade of experience in medical aesthetics. After earning her BSN from the University of Louisville and graduating magna cum laude from UCLA, Jill began her career in Pediatric Cardiothoracic Surgery, where she developed a high level of precision and patient-centered care that continues to influence her approach to aesthetic treatments today. Her transition into aesthetics was driven by a passion for blending science and artistry. While training in West Hollywood’s top celebrity skincare clinics, she refined her signature style: elevated, natural results that enhance—not overpower—each client’s features.
With more than 10 years of experience as an injector, Jill focuses on treatments like Sculptra and Radiesse to stimulate collagen, improve skin quality, and achieve gradual, lasting rejuvenation. Her philosophy is rooted in facial harmony, subtle enhancement, and personalized care that evolves with you over time. She serves as a National Trainer for Cartessa and has trained internationally with Dr. Kate Goldie and Merz Aesthetics in England to further refine her expertise in advanced regenerative techniques. Outside of the treatment room, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason, and their daughter, Claire, and loves shopping, traveling, and keeping up with the latest in skincare and beauty.
Kasey Simpkins, APRN
Nurse Practitioner
Kasey is an aesthetic nurse injector with a strong medical background and a passion for delivering natural, confidence-boosting results. She earned her Master’s degree in Nursing from Florida Southern College and began her nursing career in cardiology and family medicine, building a strong clinical foundation before transitioning into medical aesthetics. Her well-rounded medical experience allows her to approach aesthetic treatments with both precision and a patient-centered focus.
With over six years of experience as an injector, Kasey specializes in full-face rejuvenation, natural lip enhancement, and BBL laser treatments that refresh and restore the skin while maintaining natural-looking results. She has completed multiple advanced trainings through Allergan and Galderma, and earned her BBL certification through Dr. Bitter’s course, continually refining her skills to provide the best outcomes for her clients. Outside of the treatment room, Kasey enjoys life with her husband, John, and their three boys, spending her free time skiing, participating in Bible study, and making memories with her family.
Mary Bouie, APRN

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tampa and her Master’s in Nursing from the University of South Florida. Mary began her nursing career in Labor & Delivery, where she developed a calm, detail-oriented approach to patient care that continues to guide her aesthetic practice today.
With over seven years of experience as an injector, Mary specializes in full facial balancing and advanced lip filler techniques designed to enhance natural beauty while maintaining facial harmony. Her clinical eye, precision, and conservative philosophy create results that are balanced, refreshed, and refined. Carli Himelman, APRN
Nurse Practitioner
Carli is an aesthetic nurse practitioner with a strong clinical background and over 10 years of experience as an injector. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tampa and her Master’s in Nursing from South University. Carli began her nursing career directly in aesthetics at the USF Health Cosmetic & Laser Center before continuing her experience at Landon Plastic Surgery, where she further developed her expertise in advanced aesthetic treatments.
Carli specializes in facial balancing, BBL and resurfacing lasers, and regenerative aesthetic treatments designed to restore and enhance natural beauty. She has completed advanced trainings including a BBL certification through Dr. Bitter’s course, an advanced midface and under-eye course with Shelby Miller, and training at UMA Academy with Jani Van Loghem to continually refine her skills. Outside of the treatment room, Carli enjoys traveling, working out, cooking, and spending time at the beach with her husband and three children.
Brigitte Martinez, APRN

Brigitte is an aesthetic nurse injector with a strong clinical background and a passion for delivering natural, balanced results. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University before pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Keiser University and later completing her Master’s in Nursing through Purdue Global University. She began her nursing career in the ICU-Neurology unit at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami while also gaining experience in medical aesthetics through a medspa internship, combining her clinical expertise with her passion for aesthetics.
With over four years of experience as an injector, Brigitte is known for her meticulous technique and artistic eye, specializing in facial balancing and lip filler treatments designed to enhance natural beauty. Her background as a painter further refines her eye for symmetry, proportion, and naturally beautiful results. She has completed numerous advanced trainings with Allergan, Galderma, and MERZ to continually refine her skills. Outside of the treatment room, Brigitte enjoys working out, traveling, and painting, finding creativity and inspiration both in aesthetics and everyday life.
Cary Anne Falconer, PA

Cary Anne is a board-certified Physician Assistant with nearly a decade of experience in aesthetic medicine. She earned her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and completed her Physician Assistant training at the University of Utah. Cary Anne began her career in a high-volume medical dermatology setting, where she built a strong clinical foundation before transitioning fully into aesthetics. Kaisa is an aesthetic consultant with over 17 years of experience in the aesthetic industry and a deep passion for helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive knowledge in advanced skincare treatments including injectables, chemical peels, lasers, and microneedling, allowing her to guide clients through thoughtful, results-driven treatment plans. Known for her detail-oriented and educational approach, Kaisa believes that understanding the skin is the foundation of achieving lasting aesthetic results.

Her strong foundation in chemistry and medicine allows her to approach aesthetics with a science-driven mindset, ensuring treatments and protocols are both effective and evidence-based. Her leadership style is rooted in intention, growth, and creating an elevated standard of care across every aspect of the business.
Born and raised in the Mediterranean, Dori draws inspiration from a culture centered on beauty, balance, and quality of life. She is engaged to her fiancé, Harrison, and is a proud dog mom to three pups—Oliver, Poppy, and Winston. Outside of work, Dori enjoys reading, baking, painting, and unwinding by binge-watching the latest shows, always finding creative inspiration both inside and outside the office.

Known for her organized, solutions-driven leadership style, Chloe plays an integral role in supporting daily operations, team development, and enhancing the overall client experience across the practice.
A Tampa Bay native, Chloe was also a USF cheerleader for three years, earning two national championship titles—an experience that helped shape her discipline, teamwork, and commitment to excellence. She is passionate about helping the practice continue to grow while maintaining a welcoming, high-quality experience for every client. Outside of work, Chloe enjoys working out, spending time with her family and friends, and relaxing at home with her dog, Gaston, maintaining a balanced lifestyle both in and out of the office.
